           1 ON 1/PRIVATE TRAINING

We understand each individual is different in terms of goals, needs, and athletic ability. Apex athlete's private training sessions cater to athletes searching for the ultimate, customized program and one-on-one attention in areas of speed and power development, sports specific training, general fitness, and nutrition. Succeeding in the goals you have set for yourself requires dedication, continual feedback, and our training expertise. Combining Apex Athlete's specialized training equipment, science proven training protocols, and years of experience our staff will transform athleticism and overall well being.

           SEMI PRIVATE/GROUP TRAINING

Taking a similar approach to private skills training, small group training places athletes of the same skill level together. Individual skills are still the main focus.  During a group training session, players will be put through a series of drills to improve their individual skills and also their knowledge of team play.  Open Group training is a high-energy environment, is varied in design, and encourages individual and group effort. Athletes learn fundamentals, gain strength and power, increase speed, in a competitive environment that focuses on growth. Participants do not need to know other athletes who want to train in our Open Group setting. Participants can simply show up to these sessions and train.

           SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Our speed and agility training drills are designed to work all your leg and core muscles, as well as the tendons in your body. It is important to train at a level that is equal to your game intensity to help increase your performance and to minimize injury.
